When my partner and I visited this hotel, we were impressed with its great location that was only a short walk away from the shopping district. to the great location, we loved the spacious and clean room with classy fixtures and fittings. The bathroom's electrical blind created privacy, which was a nice touch, and the customer service was outstanding, making us feel like valued guests. Although the breakfast selection could have been better, the kind service made up for it. We also appreciated the useful amenities provided in the hotel.

The only downside we experienced was the lack of handles in the tub, which was unfortunate considering the potential risks of slip and falls.

A luxurious hotel in an amazing setting with a lot of little extras. The pool area is good too. The check out is fast. Location close enough to Hoan Kiem lake as well as Old Quarter and St Joseph's Cathedral and many local coffee shops. Truly memorable overall experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place, everything was brand-new. Our superior room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, and a work desk.

The staff were incredibly nice and the services were amazing! Location: the hotel was next to the lake in the city centre and friendly personnel and night market. And there was The Chi Rooftop Bar with short-orders next to the venue, super convenient.

We got a room with a hot tub. The location was good and ideal, you can visit Hanoi House by walking.

Location: the hotel was near to city centre, higher quality gift shops, restaurants and coffeeshops and the center of old quarter. Also, Hanoi House was close at hand. The room was good looking and great-sized and what's more - included soft bathrobes, a shower cap and towels. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was beautiful here.

The breakfast is excellent, has many choices. Close to a cathedral and a church, the location is magnificent and unbeatable.

Spent Christmas at a newly-opened hotel in the heart of the city. The luxurious furniture and welcoming atmosphere lent a touch of opulence to the stay. Aside from the prime, central location, only a few minutes' walk from a popular tourist area, the hotel also offered a relaxing sauna and exceptional room service.

While the hotel staff were friendly, there was a dangerous lack of handles in the tub that posed a significant risk of impairment or injury. Unfortunately, I suffered an accident while using the facilities, despite taking precautions.
